Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping & Delivery Timeframes: All orders ship internationally. Once an order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes 7 to 14 business days, depending on destination and carrier service. In most cases, customers can expect their order to arrive within one to two weeks from the date of purchase.
Shipping Costs: Free shipping on all orders. This includes shipping costs, taxes, and customs/import fees—no additional charges due on delivery.
Shipping Carriers: We ship using trusted carriers based on destination and service availability, including FedEx, USPS, Royal Mail, and equivalent local postal/courier partners.
Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.
Address Changes: Please review your shipping information carefully at checkout. If you need to request a change, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at concierge@theluxsource.com. Once an order is in transit, we are unable to change the delivery address.
Cancellations: If you change your mind, we can accept cancellations within 48 hours of placing your order, provided the order has not already been dispatched. If an order has shipped, please refer to our return policy.
Parcels Damaged in Transit: If your parcel arrives with visible damage, please contact us at concierge@theluxsource.com as soon as possible so we can assist with next steps.
