We remade the original hardware mould to within 0.1mm of tolerance. The weight is identical. So is the feel.
Fabric Weaving Match
Our manufacturers use identical thread density and dye processes as the originals. Side by side, you’d need a loupe.
The Zipper Test
We tested the zipper rigorously to ensure durability and smooth operation.
Stitch Count and Symmetry
Each stitch is counted. If the original had 82 along the gusset, so do ours. The symmetry is part of the art.
