Return Policy

At Lux Source, customer satisfaction is always our priority. We stand behind every item we offer and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If for any reason your order does not meet your expectations, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Initiating a Return: Before sending any item back, please contact our customer support team at concierge@theluxsource.com to request return approval. Be sure to include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return. Our team will provide you with next steps and return instructions.

Return Eligibility: All returned handbags and accessories must be in their original, unused condition, with tags, protective materials, and packaging intact. Items that show signs of wear, damage, odor, staining, or alteration may not be eligible for return and may be sent back to the customer.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of an error on our part, such as receiving an incorrect or defective item. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as Lux Source cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original form of payment within five business days, provided the item meets our return criteria. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
