Do I need an account to shop?

No. Anyone can browse our full collection and place an order as a guest. Creating an account simply lets you check out faster, track your orders, save favourite pieces and view your full order history.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 7 to 14 business days depending on destination. Shipping is free on every order, including taxes and customs fees.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes. You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original, unused condition. Contact us at concierge@theluxsource.com to start the process.

What if I can't find the product I'm looking for?
